According to Tianyancha App, recently, Liyang Runkai New Energy Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes, with its registered capital increasing from 10 million yuan to 59.8871 million yuan.
The company was established in May 2023, with Yang Zhengju as its legal representative. Its business scope includes engineering and technology research and experimental development, energy storage technology services, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Times Green Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL (300750).
