According to Tianyancha App, recently, Shanghai Zongting Wine Co., Ltd. has changed its status from 'active' to 'deregistered'. In September this year, the company had already issued a simplified deregistration announcement.
The company was established in January 2016, with Wang Tianfu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes food distribution, wholesale and retail of edible agricultural products, daily necessities, clothing and apparel, business information consulting, and technology development, consulting, and transfer in the field of biotechnology (excluding biological reagents). Shareholder information shows that Wang Sicong and Wang Tianfu hold 80% and 20% of the shares respectively.
