According to U.S. Stock Research Society, on October 29, multiple students reported that the catering company of Changchun University Tourism College threw students' takeout food into the trash and even verbally abused and assaulted students. The school responded that they have negotiated with the catering company, demanding they must apologize and compensate.
Tianyancha App shows that Changchun University Tourism College was established in September 2011, with Li Fengmao as the legal representative and registered capital of 10 million yuan. It is supervised by the Jilin Provincial Department of Education and classified as a private non-enterprise unit, primarily engaged in regular higher education. Risk information indicates that the school currently has one enforcement case with a total enforcement amount exceeding 550 million yuan, along with multiple consumption restriction orders and equity freeze records.
Through direct and indirect shareholding, the school controls three enterprises: Changchun Changlv Chuangke Center Co., Ltd., Changlvhao (Hunchun) Catering Service Co., Ltd., and Jilin Province Lvshang Chuangke Power Trading Co., Ltd. Notably, in September this year, Changlvhao (Hunchun) Catering Service Co., Ltd. underwent a business registration change, with the original shareholders exiting and Changchun Changlv Chuangke Center Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changchun University Tourism College, becoming the new sole shareholder.
