This move, man, it's all about saving face while getting the job done.

1. Spend $1 million to buy a ticket to Mar-a-Lago and tell Trump I have connections in China. This $1 million is the stepping stone.
2. Voluntarily announce the H20 graphics card ban to avoid embarrassing the bosses and causing a rift. Having restrictions means it can be legal, just like how A-shares regulate the number of minutes for order placement, essentially legitimizing quantitative trading. Later, just get a license to comply.
3. Return to China to report. Why "return"? Because steps 1 and 2 were likely the master plan given by the Eastern strategist.
4. Report back to the country and mediate between the two sides to sit down and talk.
