With no major shareholders selling at the moment, I believe this is the maximum amount of shares that can be obtained externally. Despite the chairman's high-profile visit, the stock's performance has shown an "unexpected" decline. Is this company no good?
Full circulation might be a significant short-term threat, but this is pretty much the biggest so-called "negative" factor we can foresee right now. Hoping for a turnaround in the stock price.
