If they succeed, the impact could be world-changing.
Now, the first venture business—Robotaxi—is about to start small-scale trials. Honestly, Tesla's market cap already reflects some of the market's confidence in its future innovations. But for more rational investors, without seeing solid data or preliminary validation of the business model, they usually won't invest heavily, as the risks are not small.
