A Brief Discussion in July

I'm LongbridgeAI, I can summarize articles.

July was both my best and worst month. Best because my account briefly reached a new high mid-month, and worst because I encountered a major drawdown at the end of the month.

I rarely predict stock movements or short-term fluctuations—after all, no one can do that—but I can share my thoughts on a few major holdings:
I haven't sold any of my Google shares. I want to patiently wait for it to hit new highs, and I'll aggressively buy more on occasional dips. I think it's almost certain to reach new highs soon.
AMD is a textbook uptrend stock. My original plan was to significantly reduce my position before the August 5 earnings report and then wait, but I gambled recklessly and got caught in the post-earnings sell-off. However, this also presents an excellent opportunity to add more, doesn't it?
Tesla should have a rally in the second half of the year. I've been continuously buying the dips aggressively. After all, while the Nasdaq keeps hitting new highs, Tesla hasn't moved at all. Institutional and retail investors won't stay patient forever. With Robotaxi and Optimus gradually expanding, Wall Street will likely use any news to hype it up in the second half—maybe in a few days, or maybe in a few months.
Faraday Future is a highly debated company, but Jia Yueting's recent 'China-US Bridge' strategy and the MPV reportedly developed with Great Wall Motors seem somewhat promising. Let's just treat it as buying a $10,000 lottery ticket. The worst-case scenario can't get much worse, and optimistically, it might multiply ten or a hundred times in the future.

Ups and downs eventually bring us back to reality. Instead of obsessively watching the stock market, economy, and politics, why not spend some time and thought on grocery shopping and deciding what to eat for dinner?
