$Faraday Future Intelligent Electric(FFAI.US) Woke up to find FF's total authorized shares increased by 39% to over 250 million shares. Including the recent financing of $105 million, the total issued shares are around 160 million, leaving 90 million shares available for future financing. Still not enough, more authorizations will be needed later. I originally estimated the total issued shares at the mass production of FX's first model would be between 150-200 million shares. If the $105 million financing can't support mass production, subsequent financing will exceed 200 million shares.
