$Alibaba(BABA.US)'s large fluctuations always seem to occur during the night session, which coincides with the Hong Kong market opening hours, making it unsuitable for intraday trading in the U.S. market. For example, even if there is good news to be released tomorrow, today's intraday gain is only about three dollars.
$Walmart(WMT.US) fell after earnings, with the bottom around $95.500. After touching this level, it rebounded all the way up, approaching the 52-week highs of $104.510 on 02/14/2025 and $104.479 on 08/08/2025. Today's intraday performance was poor.
