25/10/18 Next Week Preview Friday September CPI

Previewing important data and events to be released next week. There's a big image at the end that you can screenshot and save. The US will release CPI data next week.

First, the Federal Reserve will hold a payment innovation conference on Tuesday - the exact time is TBD. If you're working with stablecoins, you should pay attention.

Then on Thursday, unemployment benefits may also be announced if the government reopens.

The most important is the US September CPI data on Friday night - the Labor Bureau has confirmed this. It will be released even if the US government shutdown continues. This is very important as significant deviations could affect the Fed's rate cut at month-end.

On Friday there's also S&P PMI, consumer sentiment and inflation expectations - these will be released normally. These data points have become more important now when other data isn't being released.
