After reading historical shareholder letters, Buffett mentioned that he would repurchase shares when he believes BRK's intrinsic value is higher than its market cap.
Doesn't this mean he thinks there's little difference between the two now? Quite counterintuitive.
Because clearly, there are no better opportunity costs (otherwise he would have spent the cash).
