Mood: Rushed and anxious, afraid of missing the golden hour before the market opened. Always in a hurry—why am I always in a hurry? Even if I missed today, I could have skipped trading. Please, can I just stop being so anxious?
Review: I was quite busy today and rushed to the market at the last minute. Didn’t do any pre-market analysis. Observed for a long time and noticed some patterns. You could say today’s trend was FVG’s comfort zone—it went wild. First time experiencing the market moving exactly as I predicted.
Reflection: One successful experience isn’t enough to support the entire strategy. Will backtest historical data tomorrow. Stop-loss and take-profit execution still isn’t good enough—in other words, execution isn’t strict. Still hesitant at key points, hoping for luck. These are bad habits—a tiny deviation leads to a huge loss.
Day trading is like performing surgery—every cut must be precise. It’s a game of amplifying the risk-reward ratio.
