Section 513 of the bill, report on the wealth of the Chinese Communist Party leadership.

(a) In General.—Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and not later than 180 days after the Chinese Communist Party appoints a new Central Committee, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense, shall publish on a public website of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and submit to the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate, the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives, a report on the wealth of the Chinese Communist Party leadership.

(b) Contents.—The report required under subsection (a) shall include the following:

(1) A detailed assessment of the personal wealth, financial holdings, and business interests of the following foreign individuals, including the immediate family members of such individuals:
(A) The General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party.
(B) Members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau.
(C) All members of the Political Bureau.

(2) Evidence of the physical and financial assets directly or indirectly owned or controlled by such officials and their immediate family members, including at a minimum:
(A) Real estate holdings inside and outside China, including the two special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau;
(B) Any high-value personal assets;
(C) Business holdings, investments, and financial accounts held in foreign jurisdictions.

(3) Identification of financial agents, business partners, or other entities used to conceal the ownership of such wealth and assets, including at a minimum those identified in the report titled "Wealth and Corrupt Activities of the Chinese Communist Party Leadership" published by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence in March 2025.

(4) Nonpublic information related to the wealth of the Chinese Communist Party leadership, to the extent consistent with the protection of intelligence sources and methods.

(c) Form.—The report published and submitted under subsection (a) shall be in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex if necessary to the version submitted to the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate, the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives.

(d) Sunset.—This section shall cease to have effect 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act.

(e) Definitions.—In this section:

(1) "Immediate family member"—With respect to a foreign individual, means—
(A) The spouse of the individual;
(B) A natural or adoptive parent, child, or sibling of the individual;
(C) A stepparent, stepchild, stepbrother, or stepsister of the individual;
(D) A parent-in-law, child-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law of the individual (i.e., any father, mother, son, daughter, brother, or sister by marriage);
(E) A grandparent or grandchild of the individual;
(F) The spouse of a grandparent or grandchild of the individual.

(2) "Intelligence community"—The term has the meaning given that term in section 3(4) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3003(4)).
