Still want to share my thoughts. Chuanzi acquired TAE at a valuation of 6 billion. So how much is TAE really worth? In May, a private equity firm estimated it at 1.8 billion. From 1.8 to 6 billion, a two to threefold increase. I still think it's way overvalued.

Nuclear fusion isn't a field where you can just throw money and get results. Moreover, TAE's FRC currently doesn't even reach a Q value of 1, meaning the output energy is less than the input. During my university years, I conducted extensive simulations and experiments around TAE's experimental setup. I must say FRC is fascinating, but the most conservative estimate for achieving controlled power generation is still 15 years away.

Chuanzi waved his hand and declared they'd start building power plants by 2026. I find this utterly absurd, so I decided to short. A few days ago, the floating loss peaked at 28%, and it's still at 10% now.
