Key points: 15 research tasks (including 9 young scientist projects), a horse-racing mechanism, and evaluation for excellence.
My understanding: Among the 6 non-young scientist research tasks, one is a scientific intelligence platform task, which includes up to 5 sub-tasks. Jingtai is involved in one of these sub-tasks and, after two rounds of selection, has gained national recognition (first round: a highly competitive process where three teams advanced; second round: after a period of implementation, the best among the three was selected).
