Regarding the rumor today about a potential merger with $Tesla(TSLA.US), my personal opinion:
First, the conclusion: It's unlikely, but I hope it happens because I'm a $Tesla(TSLA.US) shareholder😂
My analysis:
Based on Elon's shareholding in each company:
1. SpaceX: 42%
2. xAI (including X): 55%
3. Tesla: 13% + the options granted last time, estimated at 25%+
Although he is the CEO of $Tesla(TSLA.US), his shareholding is limited here, while he basically has full control over the other two companies🤔
If I were Elon, I would of course choose to keep control in my own hands🤔
