No one can precisely time the bottom. The most practical advice:

Scale in: Don't try to go all in at once. Divide your cash into portions and control the pace to avoid running out of ammunition too early.

Avoid blind panic selling: If you have no cash to add, the best move is to "hold tight." Looking ahead 1-2 years, do you think Palantir, Sofi, and Tesla will remain at current prices?

Closer to the bottom: I don't know where the bottom is, but I know we're definitely closer to it than the top. Retail investors most often surrender bloodstained chips at emotional extremes.
