Total AssetsIn recent years, the phenomenon of "cutting off relatives" has become increasingly prevalent. Most of the time, the Spring Festival is just to maintain basic family social etiquette. However, I still have dinner with my parents on Chinese New Year's Eve. But I'm someone who is quite against "kitsch" and "sense of ceremony," so every day is just an ordinary day to me. From a personal perspective, I actually care more about the time and cost of doing things, as well as everyone's preference for a group activity.
To put it plainly, if everyone lacks interest in an activity, or there's a schedule conflict, or the cost isn't worth it, then just switch to another activity or time, or simply cancel it. But some traditional activities are unavoidable (like New Year's Eve), so I'll still try to balance things a bit.
