On February 10, 2026, KGI announced the appointment of Mr. Long Yuan as Managing Director of Wealth Management. This appointment marks KGI's continued strategic expansion in wealth management, further demonstrating its commitment to providing tailored, comprehensive, and client-centric wealth solutions for high-net-worth clients in Asia.
Mr. Long will be based in Hong Kong and report to Mr. Wei Zhijie, Head of International Wealth Management. He will lead the team to promote and strengthen KGI's wealth advisory business, expand distribution strategies for wealth-related products, and provide integrated wealth solutions to meet clients' diverse and complex wealth planning needs.

Mr. Long has extensive management experience, having held important positions at international financial institutions such as HSBC, Manulife, American International Group (AIG), and American Family Life Insurance Company (AFLAC) in China and the United States, accumulating deep industry expertise and leadership experience. During his five-year tenure at HSBC, he successfully promoted the development of HSBC Group's wealth management business in China. Subsequently, in 2022, he founded and served as the first Chief Executive Officer of the group's life insurance brokerage company, continuing to drive the development of wealth business. He holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University in the United States and has been a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) since 2006.
This appointment further reflects KGI's determination to continue investing in the Asian wealth management business, committed to providing professional, comprehensive, and long-term wealth planning and advisory service solutions for high-net-worth clients.
