Recently, sectors like SaaS and the "Magnificent Seven" have started to experience significant pullbacks. Only the upstream AI sectors that directly benefit, such as semiconductor design and manufacturing, storage, data center equipment and materials, and energy, are still rising. A large amount of capital is also shifting to other sectors that won't be impacted by AI in the short term, such as consumer staples, utilities, and pharmaceuticals. Once the future earnings growth of the four major CSP (Cloud Service Provider) companies $Microsoft(MSFT.US) $Alphabet - C(GOOG.US) $Meta Platforms(META.US) $Amazon(AMZN.US) slows down, forcing them to cut back on capital expenditures, and the upstream AI industry rally fizzles out, does that mean the U.S. stock market will enter a bear market?
