$Alphabet - C(GOOG.US) This past month has been too hard for me. I went from being up 10 percentage points to being down more than 10 points, giving back all the profits I made last year. Upon reflection, the main reason was my lack of composure when trading in a downtrend. Not only did I not reduce my position, I even added short-term call options to bet on a rebound, trying to cover losses each month, which amplified the losses on my two heavyweight stocks, Google and Amazon, by five times.
