AI also knows when you've finished a purchase, so why not just ask you directly? You can even use voice input and chat with the AI while writing your review, without having to open cumbersome apps to select things like favorites or check-ins. The agent provides you with a one-stop service?
I instinctively feel that reviews written with an Agent's companionship have more flavor and are more effective than those prompted or incentivized by a server.
Got a lot of cash? Come on, throw money at OpenAI, improve customer experience; burn cash on subsidies for marketing and customer acquisition! I'm not dead yet, I can still make a comeback, let me go clubbing!
