Since the huge loss from betting on Meta options around the end of October, I haven't touched options at all and have completely stopped day trading and short-term trading. From early December until now, including the Meta call stop-loss trade, I've only made five trades in total. Selling some of the Meta 2x long position was just to reallocate funds to NVIDIA. Otherwise, the number of trades would have been even fewer.

The funds that weren't withdrawn have been steadily invested into the Nasdaq QDII.

The account has also recovered from -15% to basically break even.

After the huge Meta call loss, I thought about finding opportunities to recoup the losses every day during that period, but I managed to hold back. It's not that there were no market opportunities, but my mental state was terrible at the time and completely irrational, making it impossible to catch any real market opportunities.

I hope everyone can maintain a good mindset after losses, reflect, and slowly get back into the fight.

There's still 1.5% to go for the incentive account to fully break even.

Played for a year and got nothing done🫨🫨 It's okay, there are many more years to build slowly.

Happy New Year, everyone.
