$Netflix(NFLX.US) Everyone needs to understand that the acquisition not going through is actually a short-term positive. It means Netflix has money for buybacks and doesn't have to take on debt. However, I'd prefer the acquisition to succeed. Even if it succeeds and the price might still drop, it could potentially become a media supergiant.
