The stock market still needs to "tell a story." Enter when the story is just beginning, and no one believes it, or even when there's a lot of skepticism (the price hasn't gone up yet). Leave when the story collapses and no new story emerges (the price hasn't gone down yet). I've been watching NVO recently. The patents for its blockbuster drugs are expiring one after another, new drugs are being beaten by competitors, and the price has plummeted. However, the oral version of the weight-loss drug is about to be released, and the new drug data still has a chance to turn around. Do you believe in this new story? That determines whether you'll add to your position now. 🤔
