CommemorativeThe recent strengthening of the US dollar has gradually been confirmed. The USD/CNY exchange rate has stabilized and rebounded after touching 6.8267 at the end of February.
Looking at the historical trend, the USD/CNY rate has gradually oscillated higher over the past decade or so since hitting a historical low of 6.0161 in 2014, and fundamental factors support this long-term trend (to be explained in another article).
Even if the Renminbi does not depreciate rapidly (in fact, this risk exists), based on the current trend, it could reach around 8:1 in 10 years.
Even if the US dollar still has room to fall, giving a limit: 6.5.
