I dare not comment on the underlying stock, and there are many left-side players.

I'm on the right side, and I already closed my double-leveraged position this morning.

Ultimately, it's still about macro factors and geopolitical implications affecting everything.

I only have about 20% of my position left in the underlying stock, and I'll make a decision on that tonight.

This back-and-forth volatility isn't my preferred style; I'm a right-side player.

During the Risk-off phase, the market becomes extremely sensitive to liquidity. The Fed's focus needs to shift entirely from "controlling inflation" to "monitoring the risk of liquidity drying up." As reserves approach the Fed's "ample minimum level" (around 10%-11% of GDP), this forces the Fed to maintain a highly accommodative and vigilant monetary policy, ready to inject emergency liquidity into the market through open market operations (such as restarting the Standing Repo Facility, SRF).

Since the Reverse Repo (RRP) has bottomed out and cleared, it can no longer absorb the liquidity shocks from Fed balance sheet reduction or Treasury issuance. From now on, every time the Treasury replenishes its TGA account (by issuing debt), or any residual Fed balance sheet contraction, will directly deduct from commercial bank reserves. The market has moved from the "painless quantitative tightening period" into the "substantive liquidity constraint period." If bank reserves decline too rapidly, it could easily trigger a spike in the overnight funding market (e.g., SOFR rates), replaying the 2019 "repo market crisis."
