If you've read Duan Yongping or Warren Buffett's views, you know that if you're truly bullish in the long term, you shouldn't worry so much about short-term fluctuations. Why be greedy for a few pennies? Just buy the dip and build your position gradually. I don't know why some people always say they're bullish but never buy, insisting they need to wait for a specific price to start building a position.
