I opened a call when the market plunged at midday, but later realized the situation was not right and cut my losses at a 50% loss. I then opened a put to recover today's losses. I fell back into my old habit today, always trying to catch a bounce. Every major loss has been because of this kind of reckless operation. The market is always right; never go against the trend.
