The defense sector is really having a rough day today. Even the big players like $Lockheed Martin(LMT.US) and $RTX(RTX.US) couldn't hold up against the decline, and $Kratos Defense & Security(KTOS.US) even dropped a straight -7%, which is a pretty heavy blow.
Right now, those holding positions are starting to question their life choices, while those who missed out are just confused: isn't the defense industry supposed to be a safe haven? Every time there's a bit of turbulence, these stocks still get hammered.
It seems there's no logic to bull market faith and sector rotation. Hopefully, when the sun rises tomorrow, things will look a bit better. 😰
