AMD: Market Share is King, Profits Exceed Expectations

The logic has changed: AI is no longer just about graphics cards (GPUs); the current 'autonomous AI agents' have a huge demand for AMD's server CPUs.

Hard power: Market share has broken through 41%, and prices are set to rise in March-April, indicating the company has strong pricing power and profits will be thicker.

Look at the essence: Although Citi slightly lowered the target price ($248), that's just a minor adjustment to the financial model; the core is that they raised the profit forecast for 2026.

Sentiment support before the earnings report is strong. The target price cut is a fake-out, the profit raise is the real positive. As long as server market share continues to expand, a pullback should be an opportunity to get on board.

Intel should still go up.
