The negotiations between the two sides are not over yet. The three major U.S. stock indices opened slightly lower today because Trump has already struck military targets on Halk Island, and both sides have exchanged harsh words.
However, this does not mean the negotiations have ended. Both their Vice President and Trump just emphasized that the negotiation results will only be known at 8 a.m. Beijing time tomorrow. The current strikes and harsh words are just both sides applying final maximum pressure.
We can also see that the overall market currently does not show significant panic.
