From the Unveiling of Tsinghua's "Tianli Hall": The Role of Private Enterprises in the Journey to a Strong Education Nation

On the occasion of Tsinghua University's 115th anniversary, on April 24th, the "Centennial Review of Tsinghua's Education Discipline and Forum on the Construction of China's Independent Knowledge System in Education" was grandly held in the "Tianli Hall" of Shunde Building on Tsinghua's campus.
The "Tianli Hall" was successfully renovated and improved with a donation from the Tianli Group to the Tsinghua University Foundation. It was officially inaugurated just before the anniversary celebrations, becoming a landmark space connecting a top-tier university with high-quality private education. It serves as the main auditorium of the Tsinghua University School of Education.
Tsinghua's "Tianli Hall" Inauguration: Resonance in Education between a Prestigious University and a Leading Enterprise, Cooperation Reaches New Heights
Upon entering Shunde Building, the solemn and eye-catching plaque of "Tianli Hall" at the entrance, with its substantial texture, embodies the original intent of education. The three characters "天立厅" (Tianli Hall) encapsulate Tianli's educational pursuit of "cultivating outstanding talents who stand tall and firm," which resonates deeply with the mission of the Tsinghua University School of Education: "Reaching for the sky, standing firm on the ground, and nurturing people."
This is not the first collaboration between Tianli and Tsinghua. In 2020, Tianli donated to establish the "Tong Shibai Chinese Automation Education Development Fund" at Tsinghua University. The official opening of the "Tianli Hall" marks an upgrade in their partnership from funding education to a deep integration of brand philosophy and academic substance, using a physical space to carry their shared educational vision and jointly build the foundation for a strong education system.
