$Apple(AAPL.US)

Last Monday, I spent $809 at the Apple flagship store to replace the battery of my beloved iPhone 15 Pro.

Three days after getting home, I noticed a slight screen discoloration. I was shocked. Without AppleCare, I was at a loss 😕

So, with a nervous heart, I went back to the Apple Store to report it. To my surprise, the store didn't hesitate and gave me a free new screen worth $2300.

How can a company waste money like this?!

I was so angry that I bought another 110 shares of Apple 😡

About Apple!

Yesterday, I conducted a rough survey in a high school senior class about their usage of iPhones. The first scenario was about how many other phone models they had used before switching to an iPhone. The second scenario was whether those who had always used iPhones had ever considered switching to other brands. The third scenario was whether, after using an Android phone, they would consider switching back to Android after using an iPhone. The fourth scenario was whether current iPhone users would consider switching back to Android. Finally, comparing this to my own recollection of iPhone usage ten years ago, for the Guangdong region, the proportion of Apple users has risen from less than 20% to nearly half.

The answers I got were surprisingly consistent, all indicating bullishness for Apple. So recently, I've been understanding Apple more and more, and I also feel that going all in on it probably isn't a mistake. I've also come to understand the deeper meaning behind the "half-position" strategy!
