$Futu(FUTU.US) Capital hates uncertainty the most. The current maximum fine is 1.85 billion RMB, and there's still room for negotiation later. I don't understand why there can be such panic. Futu just issued an announcement, clearly stating that the proportion of mainland investors is already very low.
