Alphabet Gain Hunter
Nasdaq Beater$AST SpaceMobile(ASTS.US) SpaceX's market debut bell ringing unexpectedly tolled the death knell for its smaller counterparts. ASTS has too many fanatical believers, or rather fanatical gamblers, both on and off the Chinese internet, but the main players' script didn't include a plot to take these believers to the moon.
From the stagnation after hitting a new high at the end of May, to the high-volume crash on May 29th, the main players began offloading at high levels. The most insidious part was the false breakout on June 11th, which made everyone let their guard down. On the chart, it looked so much like a reversal signal, and the gamblers only wanted to believe it was a reversal signal. However, the large bearish candlestick on June 12th broke through several recent support levels in a row, also shattering the gamblers' psychological defenses. The main players accelerated their selling combined with panic stampeding, leading to the second recent high-volume crash. On the daily chart, only the 200-day moving average remains for support, and the weekly chart also broke below the long-term uptrend channel. The next two weeks are expected to enter a phase of main players' volatile distribution.
Seeing this script, did everyone notice? It's really too similar to the script of meme stocks in the A-share market harvesting naive investors. Now, floating profits have turned into floating losses. This result is indeed my own fault for getting carried away, but that phrase "change the family's fate" is truly terrible. As for what to do next, there's nothing much to be done. Wait for the 618 call options to be liquidated, for the volume to shrink and consolidation to form a new platform, lower the cost basis through day trading and selling calls, and then see if there are any new positive catalysts to drive the stock price up.
Originally, I wanted to bet that SpaceX would bring a value anchor for its smaller counterparts. Now that the anchoring has failed and sentiment has faded, how much value does ASTS have left?
