SpaceX Option🚀 When $Micron Tech(MU.US) Micron earns more than most tech giants, the market finally realizes: the value chain in the AI era has changed.
Now, the most shocking thing about $Micron Tech(MU.US) is not just that its revenue has hit a new high.
But according to the company's latest performance guidance, in the next quarter, Micron's profitability is likely to surpass the vast majority of the traditional "Magnificent 7" members, only behind a few of the most profitable tech giants. Micron's latest guidance is for approximately $50 billion in quarterly revenue and about $31 billion in non-GAAP profit, with profitability already approaching or even exceeding the single-quarter levels of some large tech companies.
Even more noteworthy is that Micron's latest quarterly operating profit has reached about $33.3 billion, already exceeding Amazon and Meta, and approaching the quarterly operating profits recently reported by Apple, Microsoft, and Alphabet.
This is almost unimaginable.
For decades, the market has considered memory chips a cyclical industry with an ordinary business model.
But AI has changed everything.
HBM is in short supply, high-performance DRAM prices continue to strengthen, and global cloud providers' hundreds of billions in AI capital expenditures have turned memory from a past "supporting role" into the most critical link in the entire AI infrastructure.
What the market is truly revaluing is not the valuation of a memory company.
But rather, in the entire AI era, who controls the irreplaceable core resources.
If someone had said a few years ago that Micron's single-quarter profit would one day approach or even exceed that of most tech giants, many would have found it unbelievable.
And today, this is increasingly close to reality.
We had already publicly published a buy research report when $Micron Tech(MU.US) was $300+, and today's highest gain is about $1255👇
