STYLAND HOLD's subsidiary plans to grant a loan of HKD 500,000
STYLAND HOLD announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changxiong Financial Limited, will sign Loan Agreement C with the borrower on December 18, 2024, granting a loan of HKD 500,000 with a term of six months. Previously, the lender had signed three loan agreements totaling HKD 9.6 million with the borrower
According to the announcement from STYLAND HOLD (00211), on December 18, 2024, the lender's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Changxiong Financial Limited, entered into Loan Agreement C with the borrower. Under Loan Agreement C, the lender has agreed to grant a loan of HKD 500,000 to the borrower, with a term of six months. Prior to entering into Loan Agreement C, the lender and the borrower also entered into loan agreements for three loans with a total principal amount of HKD 9.6 million
