CNS announced plans to terminate multiple fundraising projects, including the Central South Basic Education Composite Publishing Project, with a total uninvested amount of 765 million yuan. The funds will continue to be held in a special account and will be used after future new project evaluations
According to the announcement from Zhongnan Media (601098.SH), the company plans to terminate the following fundraising investment projects: "Zhongnan Basic Education Composite Publishing Project," "National Publication Marketing Channel Construction Project," "Hunan Province Xinhua Bookstore Regional Center Store Renovation and Upgrade Project," "Hunan Province Xinhua Bookstore E-commerce Platform Project," and "Zhongnan Publishing Media Group Publishing and Distribution Information Platform Construction Project." The total amount not yet invested in the projects to be terminated is 765 million yuan, which will continue to be kept in a special account for raised funds, and will be used again after relevant review procedures are followed for new projects in the future
