According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HM INTL HLDGS announced that Yin Zhiwei will resign as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee, as well as the chairman of the nomination committee; and Zhou Wanjun will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee, as well as the chairman of the nomination committee, effective from December 31, 2024
