According to the announcement from TAI KAM HLDGS (08321), due to a lack of sufficient appropriate professional resources to handle the audit of the group's financial statements for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2025, Privatco CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 27, 2024.
Based on the recommendations of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng Accounting Firm as the new auditor of the company, effective December 27, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Privatco's resignation
