ELLASSAY announced that it is expected to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of -389 million yuan to -289 million yuan in 2024, turning from profit to loss year-on-year. It is expected that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, will be -343 million yuan to -238 million yuan in 2024. If we do not consider the impact of factors such as the provision for long-term asset impairment, the loss from the disposal of Tangli International equity investment, and the one-time expenses incurred from implementing the French IRO cost reduction and efficiency enhancement measures, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be between 52.01 million yuan and 102 million yuan
