Plans to resume work and production in 2025, WM Motor's bankruptcy reorganization welcomes new progress

On January 24, Jinshi Data reported that the Shanghai Third Intermediate People's Court previously announced that the creditor meeting for the reorganization case of WM Motor Technology Group Co., Ltd. was held via video conference at 9:30 AM on January 21. According to creditors, the meeting mainly included three agendas: verifying creditor claims, the administrator's report on the execution of duties, and reviewing and voting on the reorganization plan (draft). According to the timeline set by the Shanghai Third Intermediate Court, the voting deadline for the reorganization plan (draft) is until 5:00 PM Beijing time on January 24, 2025. According to the reorganization plan (draft) document, the new WM plans to complete the resumption of work and production by 2025. Investors will inject resources and develop multiple plans (including but not limited to promoting the resumption of production for WM's original models and introducing new models) to achieve the resumption of work and production at the Wenzhou factory, quickly breaking through cash flow through "domestic + overseas," and simultaneously carrying out brand renewal in 2025, building a marketing network in both domestic and international markets, launching new products, and gradually restoring operations and healthy development
