Liaoning: Will include electronic information, safety production, and facility agriculture into the scope of equipment update support

The Liaoning Provincial People's Government issued the "Policies and Measures for Stabilizing Growth and Benefiting People's Livelihood in Several Fields of Liaoning Province," intensifying and expanding the implementation of the "Two New" policies. Fully implement the national "Two New" policies, and based on the support policies for 2024, include the fields of electronic information, safety production, and facility agriculture in the scope of equipment update support; include fuel vehicles that meet the National IV emission standards, as well as six types of agricultural machinery including rice transplanting machines, field operation detection terminals, plant protection drones, grain dryers, color sorters, and flour mills in the scope of scrapping and updating subsidies; include 12 categories of household appliances such as microwaves, water purifiers, dishwashers, rice cookers, ovens, cooking machines, floor scrubbers, air purifiers, humidifiers, vacuum cleaners, electric heaters, and induction cookers, as well as three types of digital products including mobile phones, tablets, and smartwatches in the scope of old-for-new subsidies. Provincial and municipal governments will provide matching financial support
