From February 10, tourist groups from ASEAN countries can enter Xishuangbanna, Yunnan without a visa

On the 10th, the National Immigration Administration announced that starting immediately, a visa-free policy will be implemented for tour groups from ASEAN countries entering Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. Tour groups (2 or more people) from 10 ASEAN countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia, holding ordinary passports and organized by travel agencies within China, can enter and exit the country visa-free through the ports of Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport, Mohan Railway Port, and Mohan Road Port. The activity scope is limited to the administrative area of Xishuangbanna Prefecture in Yunnan Province, with a stay not exceeding 6 days
