Shirongzhaoye Unit to Set Up Joint Venture, Centralized Heating Project
Guangdong Shirongzhaoye's unit, Jiangxi Fengyuan Thermal Energy, plans to establish a cogeneration joint venture and a cogeneration centralized heating project in Linwu County, China, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Thursday. The project, which will be built in two phases, will produce 60,000 tons of lithium carbonate at most in the first phase. The capacity will increase to 110,000 tons, the Chinese real estate developer said. The company's shares fell more than 1% in recent trade.
