
Heeton Holdings' Profit Jumps 221% in H2 2024

Heeton Holdings' attributable profit to owners surged 221% during the second half of 2024 to SG$3.9 million from SG$1.2 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday. Earnings per share rose to SG$0.0079 compared with SG$0.0025 in the comparable period. Revenue climbed 11% year over year to SG$41.1 million from SG$37.2 million, mainly due to higher occupancies of hotels in the UK and increased rental rates. The company recommended a final ordinary cash dividend of SG$0.005 per share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
