Zhang Guoqiang: Increase support for financing and development of private enterprises in the hydrogen energy industry chain

On March 3rd, Jin10 Data reported that Zhang Guoqiang, a representative of the National People's Congress and chairman of Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd., brought a proposal this year to increase policy support and sustainably develop the hydrogen energy industry. Zhang Guoqiang stated that in recent years, with efficient collaboration among government, industry, academia, research, and application, China's hydrogen energy industry has made significant progress. Zhang Guoqiang suggested increasing support for financing the development of private enterprises in the industrial chain. He advocated for the use of national medium- and long-term government bonds to support the technological research and development and daily operations of private enterprises, as well as supporting various investment institutions to establish investment funds primarily targeting private enterprises in the hydrogen energy sector; and supporting financial institutions to provide innovative credit products, special bonds, and guarantee support among other financial services for private enterprises in the hydrogen energy field
