HT-SAAE announced that the company's controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Shanghai Aerospace Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., is proposed to be merged by Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing Factory Co., Ltd. The Intelligent Equipment Company holds 2.44% of HT-SAAE's shares, and this change does not affect the company's operating activities and does not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
