According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MAN SHUN GP announced that the group expects to incur a consolidated net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 7 million for the year ending December 31, 2024. The board believes that the expected net loss is primarily due to the increase in direct costs of raw materials and labor costs; delays or suspensions in the commencement and/or construction progress of certain projects; and the continued weakness in the Hong Kong property market, resulting in a decrease in new projects available for bidding
